The Department has adopted the Schedule of Reasonable Charges established by the Office of Open Records Counsel, and the charges for copies of records are pursuant, T.C.A. §10-7-503(a)(7)(B), T.C.A. §8-4-604, Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1200-35-01-.05(1).
